Yaoundé, Cameroon, July 8, 2017- Venezuela coach Ihosavanny Chambers expressed his gratitude to his players for their steady performance and fighting spirit in front of a full house of excited spectators in their 3-0 win over Cameroon on Saturday.
Venezuela coach Ihosavanny Chambers: "I'm happy to achieve the first ever win in the first participation in the World Grand Prix. My players applied very well the strategy we put before the match."
Cameroon coach Rene Akono: "Losing stability in reception was the main cause of the defeat because the team couldn't apply the attacking strategy. We will work hard to win the next match against France to win the second match in this tournament."
