Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, April 26, 2017 – Brazil coach Jose Roberto Guimaraes (Ze Roberto) announced on Wednesday, the names of the first six players that will start training for the 2017 season.

Ze Roberto also invited Edinara, Fernanda Tome and Amanda to join the six players in training, which will start on Monday, May 5 at the Volleyball Development Centre in Saquarema.
The Brazilian squad’s first challenge this season will be the Montreux Volley Masters in Switzerland from June 6 to 11, followed by the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix from July 7 to August 6.
Brazil won the World Grand Prix title in 2016 with a sweep of their final round matches.
