Czech Republic and Kenya swap places in 2017 World Grand Prix Pools G2 and H2

Lausanne, Switzerland, November 15, 2016 - The composition of 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix Pools G2 and H2 was modified today with the Czech Republic and Kenya swapping places in the two pools. The Czech Republic will now play week 3 of the Preliminary Round from July 21 to 23 in Pool G2 alongside Germany, Canada and Peru. Kenya join Poland, Korea and Kazakhstan on the same weekend in Pool H2.



Next year's edition of the World Grand Prix will feature a record 32 teams. The Preliminary Round will take place over three weeks including July 7 to 9, July 14 to 16 and July 21 to 23. The Group 3 Finals will follow from July 22 to 23 with the Group 2 Finals taking place from July 28 to 30 and the Group 1 Finals from August 2 to 6.
