Canada and Germany meet again after 21 years

Lausanne, Switzerland, July 19, 2017 - Canada and Germany meet for the very first time in the history of the FIVB World Grand Prix when they clash Friday in Richmond. The two sides last met at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games, when Germany won in straight sets. Canada last beat Germany at the 1991 FIVB World Cup in four sets.
