Kelly Murphy has continued her fine form to start the FIVB World Grand Prix 2017
Kunshan, China, July 09, 2017 - USA's top-scorer in the FIVB World Grand Prix 2017, Kelly Murphy, has continued hers and her team's hot start to this year's tournament, notching a game-high 19 points as USA beat China 3-0 (25-22, 25-22, 25-21) to make it three wins from as many starts.
Murphy went into the match against China having scored a team-high 28 points across their first two matches of this year's tournament (both wins) and against China in Kunshan on Sunday the 27-year-old opposite hitter added 16 points from spikes and three from blocks to her tournament tally. Li Jing and Liu Xiaotong has 12 points each for China as they dropped their first game of the campaign.
