Bulgaria’s return to the winning track in Group 2 of the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix 2017. The Lionesses upset hosts
Croatia in Varazdin with a speedy 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-17) shutout to claim their third victory in three World Grand Prix matches against this opponent.
Rabadzhieva was the best scorer of the game with a 20-point contribution to Bulgaria’s success, followed by
Gergana Dimitrova with 18 points. The only Croatian player that reached the double digits was
Samanta Fabris, who scored 10 times.
